Step One

Develop a Post-Divorce Spending Plan

Using modern technology, we’ll analyze your historical expense patterns to develop a forward-looking spending plan. This plan will help you estimate your post-divorce living costs accurately, so you can assess your financial needs realistically. Often underestimated or skipped, this foundational step is essential for understanding and planning your financial future.

Determine What You Own and What You Owe

In this stage, we’ll conduct a thorough review of the assets and debts accumulated during your marriage, compiling a comprehensive “Marital Balance Sheet.” This tool will be key for understanding the full picture of your current financial situation and exploring thoughtful property division scenarios.
